14-day money-back guarantee · The full amount back, whatever the reason

1. 14 days to try it

Buy the recipe book and bake a few of the recipes. If it is not for you, write to us within 14 days of the date you bought it, and you will get the full amount back. You do not need to tell us why. This applies to both plans.

2. How to get your money back

  1. Write to [email protected] no later than 14 days after your purchase.
  2. Write from the email address you paid with, or tell us which email address you used at checkout.
  3. We confirm by email and refund you to the same payment method you used, through Whop.

There is no form to fill in and nothing to send back. If you prefer, you can use the model cancellation form below, but a normal email is enough.

3. When will the money be back?

We will refund you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive your message. How quickly it shows in your account then depends on your bank or card provider (or Klarna, if you paid with Klarna), usually within 5–10 working days.

4. Your legal right to cancel

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel. For digital content, this right can end once the download starts, but only if the customer has expressly agreed to this and acknowledged that they will lose the right. We do not ask you to do this, so you keep your right to cancel for the whole period, even after you have downloaded the book.

Our money-back guarantee is in addition to your legal right to cancel and does not limit it.

5. Misuse

The guarantee applies to purchases made in good faith. We may refuse a refund in cases of obvious fraud, such as repeated claims for the same purchase. Your statutory right to cancel is never limited by this.
